Priti Rao

A dynamic leader, a visionary and a committed professional, our director, Priti Rao, has a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. She has played a long innings in Infosys, heading its development centre at Pune and building their multi-million dollar infrastructure management services business. She has also been the Vice President at Dell Inc. managing large global technical infrastructure services business.

She has won the IT Woman of the year award in 2002 from the Computer Society of India and also the PUNE 2007 SUPER ACHIEVER’S AWARD in Aug 2007. She was also on board of ATHENA International, an NGO working towards woman leadership development and recognition.

With such a stellar repertoire, in April 2009, Priti decided to devote her full time to building an organization that will fill the void of quality childcare in India, having experienced the challenges of women who want to balance their home and career. The objective is to build daycare centers that are truly world class.

It is always said Stronger the start, greater the finish. Children, especially in their formative years have an amazing ability to absorb and process newly acquired knowledge. Given the challenges of a nuclear family, I believe there is a crucial role one can play of influencing tiny tots and prepare strong foundation for their rounded growth in coming years. Our focus is to develop happy and healthy children.
